使用CHO-和大肠杆菌源生物制剂的高灵敏ELISAs量化HCP污染
通过细胞培养表达获得的生物制品，其产品和纯化会残留内源性细胞株的蛋白质，即细胞残留蛋白（HCPs），对产品产生污染。HCP杂质能够引起免疫应答，因此，污染必须最小化，并生物监测。Enzo提供的高灵敏ELISA，用于检测在CHO和大肠杆菌表达系统表达的批量产物中HCPs。
