2016年8月31日国家卫生和计划生育委员会发布了GB 5009.257-2016《食品安全国家标准 食品中反式脂肪酸的测定》，自2016年9月20日开始实施。该标准代替GB/T 22110-2008《食品中反式脂肪酸的测定  气相色谱法》、GB/T 22507-2008《动植物油脂 植物油中反式脂肪酸异构体含量的测定 气相色谱法》、SN/T 1945-2007《食品中反式脂肪酸含量的测定方法 毛细管气相色谱法》。新版国标将分析物扩充至C16:1t--C22:1t等15种脂肪酸。该标准适用于动植物油脂、氢化植物油、精炼植物油脂及煎炸油和含动植物油脂、氢化植物油、精炼植物油脂及煎炸油食品中反式脂肪酸的测定。
